Jilin Sino-Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (JSMC), a high-tech enterprise which  not only carry out the design and development of semiconductor devices but also be responsible for chip processing, packaging, testing and marketing and one of the "Postdoctoral Programme", "Innovative Enterprises", "National Enterprise Technology Center" and " Accepted Laboratory by CNAS" accpeted by Ministry of science and technology of the People's Republic of China, Chinese Academy of sciences and other national organazations.

With total asset of 6.8 billion (RMB) and nearly 2,300 employees, of whom more than 30% are R&D engineers, JSMC occupies a floor area of approximately 400,000 square meters, including a total build-up area of 135,000 square meters and a clean room area of 17,000 square meters.
